Google Penguin 5 Update

There are two most popular Google algorithm updates to stop spam online by Google. First is Panda and second is Penguin.

Google Penguin 5^th spam fighting algorithm was live on 4^th October 2020. Google team is calling it Penguin 2.1 and Matt Cutts – The head of Google’s web spam team shared the news on twitter.

The list of total penguin updates are following:

1.    Penguin 1 – Released on 24th April 2012
2.    Penguin 2 – Released on 24th May 2012
3.    Penguin 3 – Released on 5th October 2012
4.    Penguin 4 –  Released on 22nd May 2020
5.    Penguin 5 –  Released on 04th Oct 2020
